Professional Assistance for
Real Estate Deals

Extremely professional attitude! They prepared all the documents, our only commitment was to take a look at some places and attend the final deal at the Notary’s.

Since I live abroad, I hired the Sofia City View Agency to sell my apartment. They prepared all the documents without additional fees and they even issued the documents from the authorities at their expense. I was only present at the Notary’s office. I’m very pleased because they saved me time and money!

I chose this agency because they guaranteed my commission back, if I was not satisfied. I was consulted on any questions I had about the sales process, even though I didn’t use this option. They collected all the documents for me, including the ones at the Registry Agency and the Cadastre.

I was impressed by the attention they had on the requirements for the apartment I was looking for. They demonstrated a great trading approach and negotiated a much better price than expected. Finally, they even transferred electricity and water bill registrations in my name without paying anything extra. I strongly recommend Sofia City View Agency!

Every stage of working with Sofia City View Agency was a pleasure for us. We didn’t expect to be so easy to sell our property. We received a 100% guarantee in our contract that if we are not satisfied we will not pay anything to the Agency. After all, we can say with confidence that we are a 100% satisfied with the quality of City View’s work. Marketing, sales, legal team – each of these units did their job perfectly and in our interest. Thank you!
